About Me . . .
Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am the Reflexologist for
‘N u r t u r e reflexology’. I am a Full Member of the ‘Association of Reflexologists’
which follows strict codes and ethics and a high level of training.
My journey to become a Reflexologist began after having reflexology myself, in one of
my many attempts to reduce my long term anxiety disorder. I was surprised at how relaxed
I would feel after a treatment and how much my sleep improved. This helped me to feel
much calmer, less stressed and more focused in life.
Once my children grew up and flew 'the nest', I knew I wanted to do something that involved
caring and nurturing. I thought about how Reflexology had helped me and decided it would
be great if I could help others benefit from the therapy. In 2019, I began training as a Reflexologist.
I believe that the body has the ability to heal itself in many situations, when balanced and relaxed. Choosing to study and practice reflexology, for me, fuels my interest in natural, holistic healing and the mind-body connection.
As part of my Continuing Professional Development, I am planning to do further training in the next year in Fertility, Maternity and Cancer care.
It is extremely rewarding to be able to help others feel the benefits of Reflexology and I consider myself lucky to have found a profession that fuels my interest and beliefs.
