Your Treatment
Your first visit will involve a 30 minute Consultation. Details of your medical history, current health and lifestyle will be taken, so that I can build a Treatment Plan with you, tailored to your individual needs. You will be asked to sign a Consent Form and all your details will remain confidential.
Once agreed, and if you have no conditions that are unsafe to treat, all you will need to do is take off your shoes and socks and get comfortable in a treatment chair.
A quick analysis of your feet will be made and an appropriate medium will then be applied, such as Reflexology Wax (vegan options are available) and your treatment will begin, lasting around 45 minutes. Your feet will be worked with a variety of pressure techniques. This should feel pleasant and is not ticklish! Your comfort throughout the treatment is very important, you may feel some tenderness or even emotions at certain points, but that is good as it can indicate areas of the body that need attention and it is important to let me know. You can relax, fall asleep or chat through your treatment, whichever you prefer, its your time!
Once your Treatment is finished, I will let you know my findings and we can decide on further treatments. It is recommended you have a course of at least 6 treatments to feel the most benefit, some people feel improvements from their first session. Before you leave, I will give you some After Care Advice on what to do after your treatment and possible effects you may feel.

There may occasionally be times when it is not suitable to provide a treatment.
For example, if you have a known DVT, a current infectious illness, temperature, diarrhoea, vomiting or are intoxicated.
We can discuss any potential problems before or during the consultation.
Please note: Reflexologists do not claim to diagnose, cure or prescribe.
Reflexology should not be used as an alternative to seeking medical advice.
