Cancellation Policy

I appreciate that emergencies crop up from time to time and that appointments may have to be cancelled. However, any cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment time, or you may be charged at the full rate.

Also, I always try to allow a small gap between my clients but if you arrive late I won't be able to extend your session to the detriment of my next client.
